
INGREDIENTS
4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce or shredded romaine hearts (I used half and half)
2 roma tomatoes, diced
1 cup Giuliano Pitted Kalamata Olives
1/4 red onion, sliced
1/4 cup Giuliano Sliced Banana Peppers
6 ounces diced Italian meats of choice
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Pinch salt
Freshly cracked pepper
DIRECTIONS:
1. Whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar and Italian seasoning and set aside.
2. Add remaining salad ingredients to a large bowl and toss with dressing.
