Spanish green olives are a new addition to the Giulianos' Specialty Foods fine line of specialty foods. We offer a wide variety, including whole, pitted (meaning the pit has been removed, and the cavity created is empty) and stuffed. These are often used in martinis. Stuffed olives have been "pitted" and the cavity created is "stuffed" with something, which is usually a pimiento paste strip. Plain or whole is a type of olive that has not been pitted or stuffed. The pit or stone is still inside. The manzanilla varieties are the smaller Spanish green olives and the queens are the larger size of the two types. They are packaged in several different sizes from 7-ounce to 10-ounce for retail or 21-ounce up to 1-gallon for the foodservice trade.
