Red Hot Chicken Tortilla Soup

INGREDIENTS

3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 small onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Giuliano Red Hots Jalapenos, to taste
2 cans tomatoes with chilies
1 can black beans, drained
1 can corn, drained
4 cups chicken broth
1 packet taco seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: tortilla strips, cheese, sour cream, to garnish

DIRECTIONS

1. Mix all ingredients (minus toppings) in slow cooker, cover, and cook for 6 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high.

2. Shred chicken, then continue to cook 15-30 more minutes on low.

3. Garnish with your favorite toppings.
