Spicy Veggie Alfredo with Capers


1 Box Elbow Pasta
1 Stick Butter
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 1/2 Cups Parmesan Cheese
2 Teaspoons Chili Powder
1 Zucchini, Chopped
1 Bell Pepper, Chopped
1/4 Cup Giuliano Capers, Drained
Crushed Red Pepper, to taste
Salt and Pepper, to taste

1. Cook pasta according to directions on box, then drain.
2. In a saucepan, heat the butter and cream. Add garlic, cheese, and chili powder and warm until melted.
3. Stir in the veggies and Giuliano capers until warm and season to taste. Enjoy!
